Mom and I came across this sheet of paper in one of her old dictionaries, written before I was born. It’s a list of names my parents considered giving me, and includes everything from Else to Judy to Katerina. Though a name’s just a name, not the person who carries it, seeing a list like this does make you wonder if you would’ve been slightly different if you had another name.
